# Senaro

> Owned restaurant operating stack for the Portuguese hospitality market. Reservations, kitchen tickets, customer ordering, CRM, and a 24/7 Conversation AI across WhatsApp, Instagram and the web — one system, one bill, your data.

Senaro is built for independent restaurants, bars, beach clubs and rooftop venues in Portugal and the wider EU. The platform combines a Laravel-based operations backbone (TableTrack) with a multi-tenant Node-based Conversation AI layer (senaro-wa). Venues operate their own Twilio sub-account and Meta Business identity — Senaro does not sit between the venue and its customer messaging providers.

## Tool endpoints (machine-usable)

These are JSON-over-HTTPS, gated by an `X-Internal-Key` header and routed by an `X-Venue` header. Available to integration partners on request — contact for credentials.

- `POST /internal/sbk/check-availability` — query open reservation slots by date, time and party size
- `POST /internal/sbk/create-reservation` — create a reservation; returns `id`, deposit Stripe URL when applicable
- `POST /internal/sbk/lookup-guest` — look up an existing customer record by phone (last-9-digit fuzzy match)

## Pricing

- Founding venue: €500/year activation + €150/month platform + €100/month Conversation AI = €250/month ex-VAT. Locked while client remains active.
- Standard (new venues from September 2026): €500/year + €150/month platform + €130/month Conversation AI = €280/month ex-VAT.
- Twilio messaging and Meta WABA fees are paid directly to those providers, never via Senaro — typically ~€25-35/month per venue.
- No annual contract. Cancellation at the close of the current monthly period.

## Brand and editorial

- Brand: Senaro (the product). Internal engine name "TableTrack" is not used in customer-facing context.
- Voice: direct, confident, no jargon. Numbers over adjectives.
- Markets: Portugal first (PT-PT, tutear), EU adjacent. Selected client copy in English where appropriate.
